Welcome to Helen Murray's portion of our on-line catalog. Helen, who is a Canadian artist. designs and creates each bear one at a time. She uses all natural materials, whenver possible, for all her bears, clothing and accessories. Materials include imported mohairs, velvets and leathers. The bears are polyester stuffed and have hand-embroidered faces and claws. Eyes are either antique black glass beads or hand-blown German glass balls. Bears are either thread-jointed or disc-jointed.

Helen has been making miniature bears for 6 years, and can be found in shops throughout Canada, the USA, Australia, Singapore and Japan. Helen has won several ribbons at the Miniature Enthusiasts of Toronto annual show and competition, and hopes at some point to be able to find the time to enter her work in international competitions, as well. We think Helen's bears are adorable, and are happy to be able to include her in our catalog.
